We collect the following categories of information:
We use the information above to:
If you use the site's AI-based roleplay or written-critique practice feature, the text you submit is sent to our third-party AI service provider (currently Anthropic) solely to generate a response or feedback score for you. Don't submit information through this feature beyond what's needed for the practice scenario — avoid including real personal, financial, or otherwise sensitive details that aren't part of the exercise itself.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not share your data with any MLM company, recruiter, marketer, or advertiser. The service providers listed above process data solely to help us run the Service — they don't get to use it for their own marketing.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain certain billing records by law (e.g. for tax purposes).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these, contact us (see Contact us) and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
This policy is written to align with Nevada's privacy-notice and data-security requirements for online services (NRS Chapter 603A and NRS 597.970), and with the general framework of federal consumer-protection law, including the FTC Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive practices (15 U.S.C. § 45). Nevada residents have a statutory right to opt out of the sale of covered information under NRS 603A.340 — as stated above, we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.
12weekblitz is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506). If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including relying on providers (Stripe, Supabase) that maintain their own strong security and compliance programs for the data they handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers are primarily based in the United States, and your information may be processed there regardless of where you access the Service from.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email where reasonably practical.
