By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using 12weekblitz (the "Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — see Changes to these terms below.
12weekblitz provides general, educational training on team-building and compensation-plan concepts used across the direct-sales and affiliate industry — things like how binary and unilevel plans calculate payouts, how rank and activity requirements typically work, and skill-building content on prospecting, objection handling, closing, and marketing.
12weekblitz is not affiliated with, and does not promote, endorse, or represent, any specific company, product, or income opportunity. Nothing on this site models any particular company's real compensation plan. The Service is skill-building and educational content, not a business opportunity, an investment, or an income guarantee of any kind. No income is guaranteed. Individual results depend entirely on factors outside our control. Learn more from the FTC's consumer guide on MLM and pyramid schemes.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate.
Accounts sign in via a one-time link emailed to your address — there's no password to set or remember. You're responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in to yours. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately (see Contact us).
12weekblitz offers paid subscription tiers (currently Basic and Advanced) billed monthly or annually. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. If we change subscription pricing, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before it takes effect on their next renewal.
Session packs are one-time purchases (currently $3.00 for 40 additional practice sessions) that add practice-session capacity on top of your subscription's monthly allowance. Session packs are non-refundable — the cost is allocated immediately to the underlying AI-service costs of that capacity, whether or not you use every session — except where we determine a genuine billing error occurred. Purchased capacity continues toward its own expiry independent of your subscription's billing cycle, and isn't affected by a subscription downgrade, suspension, or cancellation.
Changing your own subscription tier (upgrading or downgrading, in any order, any number of times) is self-service from your account and takes effect immediately. Each change is automatically prorated by Stripe and credited or charged toward your next bill — this isn't cash back to your original payment method by itself, it adjusts what you're charged next. Any such credit is shown on your account page.
Cancelling your subscription entirely is self-service from your account page — no need to contact us. Closing your account calculates and refunds, together in full to your original payment method, the unused portion of your current billing period and the value of any not-yet-applied credit from a prior tier change; your subscription cancels immediately. Session packs are not part of this refund (see Session packs). Closing your account this way stops billing and access — it does not delete your account or personal data. If you'd like your data deleted as well, contact us separately (see Contact us).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Certain lessons include an AI-based practice feature (roleplay conversations and written-critique feedback). Text you submit through this feature is sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a response or score. This feature is for skill-building practice only — its output is not reviewed by a human in real time, is not professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied on as such. Don't submit personal, financial, or sensitive information through this feature beyond what's needed for the practice scenario itself.
All lessons, calculators, curriculum text, and other content on 12weekblitz are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as part of the Service. You retain ownership of anything you personally submit (practice responses, check-in notes); by submitting it, you grant us a license to process and store it solely to provide and improve the Service.
Nothing on 12weekblitz constitutes financial, legal, tax, or business advice, and nothing constitutes a guarantee of income or business results. Content is provided for general educational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before making financial or business decisions.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellations & refunds). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, and we may discontinue the Service, or any part of it, with reasonable notice where practical.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any training content will produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12weekblitz and its owners/operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email where reasonably practical. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal consumer-protection law applies regardless of state (for example, the FTC Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive practices, 15 U.S.C. § 45).
